Wellby House - Pimlico

The project itself was 1 floor and stair core. Full strip-out & fit-out within a very tight 6 week programme. very involved and extremely fast paced. Updates to this office included new air conditioning, lighting, kitchen/tea area, flooring and brand new offices separated with new full height glass as well as decoration. This was a fantastic office & apartment refurb. Within this project we supplied the client with our expert decoration solutions, this was accompanied by our fit-out team who installed wet rooms and flooring.

Another fantastic opportunity given to us by Berkeley Homes. PC Finishing were employed to work besides the customer service team from Berkeley homes. This to ensure the marketing suits were in tip-top shape. side this we were also asked to do final touches and works to apartments and homes prior to customers and new owners of these incredible properties moving in.
